I actually received this tub in early March 2018. However, due to a difficult and originally botched bathroom remodel, I wasn't able to actually get the tub installed until June 4th, 2018. Even with all the mishaps, this tub did NOT disappoint. When I first received it, it was absolutely beautiful. Customer service was excellent! Delivery was on point and on time and the tub was received in flawless condition. Once I was finally able to take my first soak/bath in it, I literally fell in love. The tub is beautiful in it's space which fit nicely within the small 60" that I was working with. It is snug, but it does fit with the 1/2" green board installed behind the tile. I would have had more room if the installers had used 1/4" cement board which I would have them use next time. It is like a spa experience with the way the tub is able to hold the warmth of the water for a good, long time. The water temperature held steady for almost a full hour and that is only because I got out of the tub. Basically, the water felt as warm when I got out as when I first got in. I love that! I could not be more pleased with this tub and 90210 Kitchen & Bath is a top notch company. I highly, highly recommend their business 100%. Thank you!!
We had to rework the plumbing in our bathroom so we needed all new fixtures. I figured we might as well upgrade our existing tub and I have always wanted a standalone tub. I really love this bathtub. It is simple and sleek. It holds the temperature of the water for a very long time so I can read my book and drink my wine in the tub without getting cold. The bottom of the tub is not slippery so I don't need a bath mat. The drain plugs and unplugs easily and water drains very quickly.
The product is exactly as described. It will fit perfectly in our renovated house in Phoenix AZ. The entire experience was a breeze; from inquiry, to ordering, to delivery.....it all went exactly as expected. The delivery guy was helpful and patient as we inspected the item, not typical in my experience! This is a A+ classy company. Will definitely buy from them again and refer to all my friends!
